Laying the foundations
In module one the focus is on getting your Instagram account properly connected into Manychat. We look at how to add team members, or be added to a client's account. We also take a tour of the dashboard as well as explore the importance of compliance. This week is about laying the essential groundwork to building an effective chatbot strategy.

This is important because: establishing a proper connection between Manychat & Meta will ensure automations are delivered properly - and you'll also be able to help clients ensure they're properly connected too!
Chat marketing fundamentals
What can chat marketing do for our businesses? This module explores the various ways in which chat flows can be used - not always for leads and sales! You'll also get access to the templates this week and will be tasked with deciding on your main objective for your first flow!

This means that: you will be able to help clients plan their Manychat strategies - whether that's for engagement, lead generation or sales!
Manychat functionality
What's under the hood? What do all those message nodes mean and what do they do when implemented into a chat flow? In this module we get in to the nitty-gritty of building a flow from scratch - as well as understanding the functionality in the pre-built templates.

This will enable you to: get a true understanding of all the moving parts. The templates will save you time, but also allow you to analyse the automations in detail.
Testing & Connecting
To build a truly high converting bot - that registers people within the DMs - you need to test your flows! Make sure they make sense - despite which path through the flow they may have taken. We also explore the native integrations within Manychat, as well as Zapier, to connect the data you gather to your CRM.

This is super important because: testing is key! Only when you go through the flows yourself, as a customer, will you really be able to see if they flow correctly, pace well AND make sense. All this will help that conversion rate!
Beyond the core flows
Manychat is more than just a way to take people from your organic content to your CRM. This module looks at the bells & whistles - the menus that you can set up and the other simple ways in which you can use your chat flows to engage, entertain and build brand loyalty! We also explore the importance of organic content to get that initial opt-in, and look at reading the data that the chat flows acquire.

This is: your time to shine! Being able to look at the bigger picture, and see opportunities for your clients beyond the core flows, is what will make your skills stand out.
The final countdown
The final module - and this will focus on looking at the wider picture of Manychat. How can the skills you've learnt be applied to the other channels you have access to within Manychat - Facebook, SMS and WhatsApp for example. How can Manychat be used with Facebook Ads?

This will enable you: to build on the other channels too! Client thinking about embracing WhatsApp or SMS too? Maybe they have an active Facebook business page? The theory you have already learnt can apply cross-channel - think of the upsell opportunities this could create!
